Activity Coordinator
Overview
The Activity Coordinator designs and leads engaging daily programs that promote cognitive, physical, and social wellbeing for participants.
Key Responsibilities

Plan monthly activity calendars tailored to participant needs

Lead group and individual activities (arts, games, exercise, music, etc.)
-
Coordinate special events, guest speakers, and community outings
-
Track participation and adjust activities as needed
Qualifications
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Recreation Therapy, Gerontology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-
Experience in activity planning for older adults or individuals with disabilities
-
Creative, energetic, and compassionate personality
