Administrative Assistant

Overview


The Administrative Assistant is the organizational backbone of the center, handling office duties and supporting staff and families with a welcoming and efficient presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk interactions

  • Maintain participant files and records

  • Assist with scheduling, billing, and correspondence

  • Support the Director and staff with daily administrative needs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (Associate’s preferred)

  • 1–2 years of administrative/office experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
