Overview
The Administrative Assistant is the organizational backbone of the center, handling office duties and supporting staff and families with a welcoming and efficient presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk interactions
Maintain participant files and records
Assist with scheduling, billing, and correspondence
Support the Director and staff with daily administrative needs
Qualifications
High school diploma (Associate’s preferred)
1–2 years of administrative/office experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Strong communication and multitasking skills
