Director 

Overview
The Director provides overall leadership and vision for the Adult Day Activity Center. This role ensures the center operates in alignment with state regulations, organizational values, and the needs of participants and their families.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and program quality

• Develop and implement policies, budgets, and compliance procedures

• Maintain relationships with families, caregivers, and community partners

• Lead long-term planning and growth initiatives

• Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a supportive culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Gerontology, or related field

• 3–5 years of management experience in healthcare, senior services, or community programs

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
