Key Responsibilities

Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff

Manage employee records and compliance with labor laws

Serve as point of contact for staff concerns and workplace issues

Support staff development, evaluations, and retention efforts
Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business, or related field

2+ years HR or personnel management experience

Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
