The Personnel Rep manages employee relations, recruitment, and HR compliance to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff

  • Manage employee records and compliance with labor laws

  • Serve as point of contact for staff concerns and workplace issues

  • Support staff development, evaluations, and retention efforts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • 2+ years HR or personnel management experience

  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
